Sawsewry Tailfin Bamboo Cotton Preflat, Sweet Meadow

A preflat nappy for babies of about 6 to 23 kg, made in New Zealand by a small maker. Fasten it with a Snappi, a pin, a tuck or a tie, and add a nappy cover. Why we chose it: every layer's fibre is stated. The printed face is 65% bamboo, 30% cotton and 5% spandex; the plain face is 95% cotton and 5% Lycra; and the inner absorbent layers are 70% bamboo and 30% cotton. It folds to 14 layers, enough for nights, and gentle leg and waist elastics help containment.
