Over the Dandelions Crochet Rainbow Rattle

A small crocheted rainbow rattle, 13 x 7 cm, with a soft jingle and an easy shape for little hands to hold. A gentle first rattle for young babies. Why we chose it: the outside is crocheted from 100% cotton, with a polyester inner and a little bell inside, and there are no painted or hard parts on the outside. The maker states it meets the NZ and Australian toy-safety standard AS/NZS ISO 8124. How it fits your day: shake it gently beside pēpi so they turn to the sound, as in the 'Follow and reach' step of our Play and tummy time guide. Stay close while they play, and put it away if any stitches loosen. For awake time; keep the cot bare for the first 12 months. • Size: 13 x 7 cm • Outer: 100% cotton; inner: polyester, with an enclosed bell
